Toni V. Sweeney One of the first movies Toni V. Sweeney remembers seeing was Dracula’s Daughter, so it was only natural that when she began to write, she would pen fantastic stories. Toni was born in Georgia, and attended college there, graduating with a degree in Art, English Literature, Music, and Drama, and a second certification in Graphic Art. A grandmother of two, she lived in Nebraska for 30 years before moving to Orange County, California where she’s a member of the South Coast Writer’s Association. Her first novel was published in 1989.
